Family Mediation Fees
Our charging rates are as follows:
- MIAMS (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting) we charge £120 per party for up to one hour, and it usually takes up to 45 minutes.
- Mediation Sessions have a fee of £120 per hour per party which usually starts with 1.5 hours (£180) and if you wish, 2 hours (£240) or more depending on how productive it is.
- Open Financial Summary costs £200 – £1000 per party depending on complexity and time taken.
- Memorandum of Understanding costs £200 – £1000 per party depending on complexity and time taken.
We do not charge for letters, telephone calls, faxes or emails and we will only ever charge you for the time that you spend in mediation or the fees for the work we do on giving you an Open Financial Summary or a Memorandum of Understanding as above.
If you cancel a mediation with less than 2 days notice, the fee will not be refundable, as we will have commenced preparation work and left the time available for you.
